Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Providers Agency ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide premium video editing, motion graphics, and content strategy services. The scope of work for each project is defined in the selected service plan or specific project agreement.

3. Payments & Billing

• Payments are processed securely via our designated payment processors.
• Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance.
• One-off projects require a 50% deposit unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellations for monthly plans must be made before the next billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client. We retain the right to display completed project highlights in our portfolio and social media for promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) specifies otherwise.

5. Revisions & Deliverables

Each service plan includes a specific number of revision rounds. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the deliverable. Extensive changes outside the initial scope may incur additional costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Providers Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our deliverables or services. Accuracy and legal compliance of the final content remain the client's responsibility.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if these terms are violated or if project communications become unprofessional or harmful. In such cases, prorated refunds may be issued at our discretion.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the agency is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
